San Diego Home Price Decline Slows

It’s a good sign that San Diego County home prices has declined in a slower rate which is one of the signs for market stabilization. San diego Real Estate market will take awhile to recover. When will that be? No one really knows exactly but you can always speculate but I know that the recession will not end this year. There are a lot more great deals for San Diego Real Estate agent to show there clientele. I believe San Diego County will recover faster than other cities due to the amenities, weather, and affordable housing. Lower rates coupled with affordable housing equals great first time buyer or investor opportunities in America’s finest city.
